Efficiency
Energy efficiency is one of our paramount air make-up system design criteria.  Our direct-fired heaters are 98% efficient.  The motorized profile plate shapes airflow in front of the burner for clean and complete combustion in our air make-up units.  Our digital control panels allow the user to match the air meke-up unit's heat and air volume output perfectly with the needs of the environment.  We also offer recirculating direct fired heater systems for the ultimate in heating efficiency. 

Manufacturing
Mercury direct fired heaters are designed and manufactured using cutting edge technology.  We use 3 Dimensional Virtual Reality Design Systems and Robotics Manufacturing processes to make a superior air make-up unit at an affordable price.  Our CNC machine punches panels with an accuracy of five thousands of an inch to ensure a perfect fit every time.  Our direct fired heaters are powder coated to achieve maximum durability of the finished product.

Products
We manufacture direct fired heaters for every conceivable application.  We make horizontal and vertical direct fired heaters with various heat output levels up to 5 MBTU per heater for indoor and for outdoor installations.  Our air make-up units are used in automotive applications and comfort heating and makeup air applications nationwide.  Please see the Options for Direct Fired Heaters.
